WHEREAS , the City of Fairfax, Iowa, desires to lease real
estate from St. Patrick's Church for purposes of playground and
recreational use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the. City Council of
Fairfax, Iowa, as follows:
The City Council having reviewed and considered the attached
lease, voted thereon and approved the execution of the lease, and
hereby authorize the .mayor of the City of Fairfax, Iowa to
e.:ecute the attached lease.
This resolution shall be, effective upon its passage and
approval aii in accordance with law passed and approved this --
day of 1991.
