EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX , IOWA FOR
THE F 1 91-92
BE IT RESOLtTED -
Sec ti.a,n 1 . The following named position shall
be paid the wages indicated and the
City Cleric ; s authorized to issue
.checks , leas legally required or
authorized deductions from the amounts
set out below, and make contributions
to IPERS AND FICA or other purposes
as required by law or order of the
' City Council , all subject to audit or
review by the City !Council .
CITY CLERK .
BASE RATE Per hour.
BASIC FOURS 32 Office €lours 4 Non office
ISURANCE : Blue Cross /Blue Shield Protector
200 . The City shall be responsible for
the first $500 . 00 each year . ( Single
Policy)
HOLIDAYS: New Years , Good Friday, Memorial
Day, 4th of July , Labor Day, Thanksgiving,
and the day after Thanksgiving, Day
before Christmas a,nd Christmas Day .
SICK DAYS Four per year and may accumulate
up to 30 days-.
PERSONAL DAYS : Two per year . Must be used .
VACATION: 40 hours after I year service
80 hours after 3 years .
120 hours after ' years .
