WHERFAS , the City of Fairfax, Iowa, desires to adopt an
investment policy pursuant to Chapter 452 of the Iowa Code;
now therefore be it resolved by the City Council of Fairfax,
lower as fallows

That the attached investment policy is approved and
,-jcjopt��d as the, investment policy of the City of Fairfax, Iowa.
This resolution shall be effective upon its passage and
,inproval and in accordance with the law.
