WHEREAS , the Ci-i:y of Fairfax, Iowa, having received 'payment for
Sewer Assessment and Water Assess-ment on Lot # 1 , Se,l er ' s
Lakeside Third Addition, does hereby release the Lein and
satisfaction of assessment on Lot # 1 _
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED; the City Clerk is given the ruthority to
sign all necessary papers , and record same.
