WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax , Iowa, having received payment for
Sewer Assessment and Water Assessment on Lot # Selzer ' s
Lakeside Fourth Addition, does hereby release the Lein and
satisfaction of assessment on Lot #
RE 7.T THEREFORE RESOLVED; the City Clerk is given the authority to
sign all necessary papers , and record same .

RELEASE OF LIEN AND SATISFAC'T'ION OF ASSESSMENT
The City of Fairfax hereby releases the lien on the following
described premises to-wit ; Lot # 5 , Selzer ' s Lakeside Fourth
Addition to the City o.f Fairfax, Linn. County, Iowa .
created by the assessment against the aforedescribed Real Estate ,
pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement filed in the office of the
Recorder , Linn County, Iowa, at Volume 2028 , Page 223 , between the
City of Fairfax, Iowa , Kenneth O. Selzer , nary Catherine Selzer and
Iowa fund, Inc . , and Resolution 8889A passed by the City. Council of
Fairfax , Iowa on the eighth ( 8 ) day of August , 1989 . This release
is specifically limited to the above described property only and
does not apply to any other property or .Real Estate . The Assessment
in the sum of $ 763 . 90 against the above described Real Estate
has been paid and satisfied in full and any lien created by the
assessment against the above described Real Estate is hereby
released .
