WHEREAS , the City of Fairfax , Iowa , having received payment for.
Sewer Assessment and Water Assessment on Lot # �_, Selzer ' s
Lakeside Fourth Addition, does hereby release the Lein and
satisfaction of assessment on Lot # 4 .
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED; the City Clerk is given the authority to
sign, all necessary papers , and record same .

RELEASE OF LIEN AND SATISFACTION OF ASSESSMENT
The City of Fairfax hereby releases the lien on the following
described premises to-wit : Lot #4, Selzer ' s Lakeside Fourth
d i oo the Cit of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa .
createdtbyn trie assessment against the aforedescribed Real Estate ,
pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement filed in the office. of the
Recorder , Linn County, Iowa, at Volume 2028 , Page 223 , between the
City of Fairfax , Iowa, Kenneth 0. Selzer , Mary Catherine Selzer and
Iowa Fund, Inc . , and Resolution 8889A passed by the City Council of
Fairfax, Iowa on the eighth ( 8 ) day of August , 1989 . This release
is specifically limited to theabove described property only and
does not apply to any other property or Real Estate . The Assessment
in the sum of $_ 763 . 90 against the above described Real Estate
has been paid and satisfied in full and any lien created by the
assessment against the above described Real Estate is hereby
released .
