WHEREAS , the City of Fairfax , Iowa , having received payment for
Sewer Assessment and Water Assessment on Lot # 3 Selzer ' s
Lakeside Fourth Addition, does hereby release the Lein and
satisfaction of assessment on Lot # 3
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED; the City Clerk is given the authority to
sign .all necessary papers , and record :same .

RELEASE OF LIEN AND SATISFACTION OF ASSESSMENT
The City of Fairfax hereby releases the lien on the following
described premises to-wit : Lot # 3 , Selzer ' s Lakeside Fourth
Addition to the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa .
created by the assessment against the aforedescribed Real Estate ,
pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement filed in the - office of the
Recorder , Linn County, Iowa , at Volume 2028 ' Page 223 , between the
City of Fairfax , Iowa, Kenneth O . Selzer , Mary Catherine Selzer and
Iowa Fund, Inc . , and Resolution 8889A passed by the City Council of
Fairfax , Iowa on the eighth ( 8 ) day of August , 1989 .1 This 'release
is specifically limited to the above described property only and
does not apply to any other property or Real Estate , The Assessment
in the sum of 763 , 90 against the above described Real Estate
has been paid and satisfied in full and any lien created by the
assessment against the above described Real Estate is hereby
released .

was signed and sealed on behalf of the City of Fairfax , by
authority of its City Council on the 8th day of August , 1989 , and
