WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax , Iowa , having received payment for
Sewer Assessment and Water Assessment on Lot # 5 Selzer ' s
Lakeside Fourth Addition, does hereby release the Lein and
satisfaction of assessment on Lot #
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED; the City Clerk is given the authority to
sign all necessary papers , and record same ,

RELEASE OF LIEN AND SATISFACTION OF ASSESSMENT
The City of Fairfax hereby releases the lien on the following
described premises to-wit : Lot # 5 , elzer ' s Lakeside Fourth
Addition to the City of Fairfax, ]Linn County, Iowa .
created by the assessment against the aforedescribed Real Estate ,
pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement filed in the office of the
Recorder , Linn County, Iowa , at Volume 2028 , Page 223 , between the
City of Fairfax, Iowa , Kenneth 0 . Selzer , Mary Catherine Selzer and
Iowa Fund , Inc. , and Resolution 8889A passed by the City Council of
Fair�'ax , Iowa on the eighth ( 8 ) day of August , 1989 . This release
is specifically limited to the above described property only and
does not apply to. any other property or Real Estate . The Assessment
in the sum of '763 . 90 against the above described Real. Estate
has been paid and satisfied in full and any lien created by the
assessment against the above described Real Estate is hereby
released .

authority of its City Council on the 8th day of August , 1989 , and
that Betty J . Panek acknowledged the execution of the instrument: to
