Lakeside Fourth Addition, does hereby release the Lein and
satisfaction of assessment on Lot #
BE IT TH`2REFORE RESOLVED; the City Clerk is given the authority to
sign all necessary, papers , and record same .

RELEASE OF LIEN AND SATISFACTION OF ASSESSMENT
The City of Fairfax hereby releases the lien on the following
described premises to-wit : Lot # 7 , Selzer ' s Lakeside Fourth
Addition to the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa .
created by the assessment against the aforedescribed Real Estate ,
pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement filed in the office of the
Recorder , Zinn County, Iowa, at Volume 2028 , Page 223 , between the
City of Fairfax , Iowa , Kenneth O . Selzer , Mary Catherine Selzer and
Iowa Fund , Inc . , and Resolution 8889A passed by the C'ity Council of
Fairfax , Iowa on the eighth ( 8 ) day of August , 1989 . 'This release
is specifically limited to the above described property only and
does not apply to any other property or Real Estate . The Assessment
in the sum of 763 . 90 against the above described Real. Estate
has been paid and satisfied in full and any lien created by the
assessment against the above described Real Estate is hereby
released .
