WHEREAS ,Daniel & Alisa Shakespeare, Owners of the following
described property;
SEE ATTACHED UISCRIPTION
did make application dated Au-g0st 28 , 1995 for the annexation
of said property to the City of Fairfax, Iowa
WHEREAS , it appears desirable and in the best interest of the
City of Fairfax, that said property referred to in said application
be annexed to the City "of Fairfax, at this time , now therefore :
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, IOWA
that the property herein before described by and the same is
hereby annexed to the City of Fairfax, Iowa in the manner
provided in Section 368 . 7 , Code of Iowa, 1983, and such property
shall hereinafter be and become part of the City of Fairfax, Iowa
BE IT FURTHER RESOLV'E'D, that said property will be annexed with
the zoning classification of 44RS
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be authorized and
directed to file a certified copy of this resolution, togeather
with the application of the owners , with the Linn County Recorder
and thereafter to be filed with the Linn County Auditor .
