Whereas , on May 13 , 1997 at the Fairfax City Council meeting,
established the following fees for Special Exception Permits .
Special Exception Pemits $ 174 . 00
Plus $ 4 . 50 per sign. ^�
Whereas, at the conclusion of said Council Meeting it was
determined that the above fees shall be established and payable to
the City of Fairfax.
Now, therefore , be it resolved , by the City of Fairfax , County
of Linn, Iowa, that said fee shall be adopted and affective as of
May 13 , 1997 .
Passed and approved this 13th day of May 1997 .
