FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATED COST ON FILE
AND DIRECT THE PUBLICATION OF THE NOTICE TO BIDDERS
AND SET UP THE PUBLIC HEARING
1998 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, IOWA,
to place plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost on file-, direct the City
Clerk to publish notice to bidders and set date of March 10, 1998, 7:00 p.m., for public
hearing for the 1998 Street Improvements, Vanderbilt Street.

RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT
WHEREAS, A PLAT OF RICHARIDSON FIRST ADDITION TO LIIINN COUNTY, IOWA, containing two (2)
lots has been fled with the City Planning Commission, Fairfax, Iowa, and after consideration, the same is
found to be correct and in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the State of Iowa and the
ordinances of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, in relation to Plats and Additions to Cities,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
AIRFAX, IOWA, that said plat and dedications of said Richardson First Addition to Linn County, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby acknowledged and approved on the part of the City Planning Commission, and
this Commission hereby recommends to the City Council the acceptance of the same, and the chairman
and secretary are hereby authorised and directed to certify this resolution of approval and affix the same
to said plat as by law provided.
