RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATED COST
1998 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, on the 10°F' day of February 1998 plains, specifications, form of
contract, and estimated cost were filed with the Clerk of Fairfax, Iowa, for the
construction of the 1998 Street Improvements, Vanderbilt Street Project, within the
corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing on plans, specificatiions, form of contract, and
estimated cost was published as required by law:
NOW, THEREFORE„ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FAIRFAX, IOWA:
That the said plans„ specifications, form of contract and estimated cost are
hereby approved as the plains, specifications, form of contract and estimated cost for
said improvements for said project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 10'h DAY of March. 1998.
