RESOLUTION APPROVING
CHANGE ORDER NUMBER 1
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of February, 1998 plains, specifications, form of
contract, and estimated cost were filed with the Clerk of Fairfax, Iowa, for the
construction of the 1998 Street Improvements, Vanderbilt Street Project, within the
corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, certain additions and reductions were made to the contract
quantities:
NOW, THEREFORE„ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FAIRFAX, IOWA:
That the said Change Order Number 1 is hereby approved for said project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 8th DAY of September, 199&
