RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATED COST
1998 SEWER AND WATER EXTENSIONS PROJECT
WHEREAS, on the 10"'day of November, 1998 plans., specifications, form
of contract, and estimated cast were filed with the Clerk of Fairfax, Iowa, for the
construction of the 1995 Sewer and Water Extensions within the corporate limits;
and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing on plans, specifications, form of contract,
and estimated cost was published as required by law:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIME. CITE' COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, IOWA:
That the said plans, specifications, form of contract and estimated cost are
hereby approved as the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimated cost
for said improvements for said project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 1011 DAY of November, 1998.
