Concerning Schedule of Fees for Electrical Permits and Inspections
WHEREAS, the City Council, Fairfax, Iowa, adopted the Electrical Regulations
by ordinance on_j u 13Z , 1999 and
WHEREAS, the Electrical Regulations authorize the City Council to set electrical
permit and inspection fees by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE„ BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City
Council, Fairfax, Iowa, this date met in lawful session, and that the following EIectrical
Permit Fee Schedule, applicable to the erection, installation, alteration, repair,
relocation, replacement, addition to, or use or maintenance of electrical systems within
this jurisdiction, is adopted and shall be,by this action, effective_LI]Jly 2 6 , 1999.
