BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, IOWA,
that Ron Dusil is hereby duly appointed the Fairfax Building Official, effective November 9,
1999,to administer and enforce the Building, Mechanical,Plumbing and Electrical Codes for the
City of Fairfax, all as provided for in said codes.
