RESOLUTION NO. 00-06-13
RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,FORM OF
CONTRACT AND ESTIMATED COST FOR THE 2000 UPPER WELL &WELL HOUSE
PROJECT
WHEREAS, on the 1 day of June, 2000 plans, specifications,form of contract and
estimated cost were filed with the Clerk of Fairfax,Iowa for the construction of the 2000 Upper
Well&Well House Project within the corporate limits.
WHEREAS,notice of hearing on plans, specifications,form of contract and estimated
cost was published as required by law.
NOW THEREFORE BiE IT RESOLVED 13Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAIRFAX,IOWA.
That the said plans, specifications, form of contract and estimated cost are hereby
approved as the plans, specifications,form of contract and estimated cost for said improvements
for said project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THE 13 DAY OF JUNE,2000.
