RESOLUTTON OO-11-14
WHEREAS, Gordon Sevig,Donald Heisler,Stanley Strickler,did make application for the annexation of
said property to the City of Fairfax;Iowa,per Iowa Code 368.7-1,the involuntary annexation of the
property of Dennis Miller and T"rnruothy Schwartz. Gordon Sevig,Donald Heisler and Timothy Schwartz
will come in with the zoning classification of RS, Single family residential- Stanley Strickler and Dermis
Miller will come in with the zoning classification of� AG: Agricultural.

WHEREAS,it appears desirable and in the best interest of the City of Fairfax,that said property referred to
be annexed to the City of Fairfax,at this time,now therefore:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX,IOWA:
That the property herein described,and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Fairfax,Iowa,in the
manner provided in Section 368.7, Code of Iowa and such property shall hereinafter be and become part of
the City of Fairfax,Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the City Clerk be authorized to file all'necessary papers.
