RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER#2
2000 UPPER WELL&WELL HOUSE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, has contracted for the
2000 Upper Well & Well House Project, and
WHEREAS, the Project Engineer has recommended Change Order#2 for an
increase of$481,12,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FAI FAX, IOWA, to
approve Change Order#2 for the 2000 Upper Well & Well.house Project, which will
result in an 'increase of$481.12,which will make the total construction contract cost
$115,012.75.
Passed this 13 ` day of 2001.
