RESOLUTION 2001-03-13
WHEREAS, on June 28, 2000 the City of Fairfax, Iowa entered into a contract
with Sevig Construction, for the construction of 2000 Upper Well& Well House Project
in Fairfax, Iowa and
WHEREAS,the construction of said project is now substantially complete
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa that the 2000 Upper Well& Well House Project is hereby accepted and a
final payment of$6,207.70 is hereby authorized.
Approved the day of 2001.
