WHERE AS, Gordon Sevig submitted a plan of improvements for Phase I of
Prairie View Estates Addition; and
V41ERE AS, the City Engineer has reviewed said plan of improvements and
recommends approval of the installation of the sanitary sewer subject to no connection to
the City of Cedar Rapids sanitary sewer system and approval of the sanitary sewer plan
by the City of Cedar Rapids and approval of the grading plan subject to the issuance of an.
NPDES Permit by the Iowa Department of Natural Resources; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, installation of the sanitary sewer subject to no connection to the
City of Cedar Rapids sanitary sewer system and approval of the sanitary sewer plan by
the City of Cedar Rapids and approval of the grading plan subject to the issuance of an
NPDES Permit by the Iowa.Department of Natural Resources.
