RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST
ELEVATED STORAGE TANK DEMOLITION PROJECT
WHEREAS, on thea... day of v_ `� , . , 2001, plans, specifications,
form of contract and estimate of cost for the Elevated Storage Tank Demolition Project were
filed with the clerk of Fairfax, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing on plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimate
of cost was published as required by law,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAIIRFAX, IOWA, that said plans„ specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost are
hereby approved as the plans, sipecifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for said
improvements for said project_
