BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAIRFAX,IOWA,that the elected position of Mayor of Fairfax is hereby appointed to
the Linn County Regional Planning Commission as a regular member, effective
immediately.
