RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTENTION REQUEST FOR
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
WHEREAS,the City of Fairfax and East Central Iowa Council of Governments
desire to enter into an extension to 00-HSG-045,Fairfax Rehabilitation Program,
WHEREAS,the contract end date,March 31, 2002 has been amended to extend
to March 31, 2003,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
said Amendment.

The-Contractor agrees torrrish and deliver all supplies And to perform- all services set
forth in the attached Special Conditions, for the consideration stated herein.. The rights
and obligations of the parties to this Contract shall be subject to and governed by the
Special Conditions and the General Conditions.
To the extent of any inconsistency between the Special Conditions or the General
Conditions, and any specifications or other conditions which are made a part of this
Contract, by reference or otherwise, the Special Conditions, and the General Conditions
shall control. To the extent of any inconsistency between the Special Conditions and the
General Conditions, the Special Conditions shall control.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Contract on the day and
year last specified below.
