DEPOSIT OF BUILDING PERMIT REVENUES TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS
WHEREAS,the difficulty in the accounting procedures to transfer the appropriate
Building Permit Revenues(including water and sewer inspection fees and the 28E Agreement
Prairie View Estates—City of Fairfax and the City of Cedar Rapids)to the appropriate water and
sewer funds,
WHEREAS,the City Clerk shall have the authority at the time of deposit of any
Building Permit Monies to allocate the monies to the appropriate;general,water and sewer funds,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of Fairfax,Iowa that the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
Passed and Approved on March 12,2002 by the following vote.
