FISCAL YEAR END REMAINING FUNDS OF THE FAIRFAX
FIRE DEPARTMENT AND THE PUBLIC LIBRARY
WHEREAS, any remaining budget balances at the end of any fiscal year that remain i
the accounts of the Fire Department and the Library will be returned to the General bund of the
City of Fairfax,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of Fairfax,Iowa, that the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
