AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL (28E)
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FAIRFAX AND LINN COUNTY FOR
PROJECT AGREEMENT SOUTHVIEW ROAD
WHEREAS, an agreement outlining means to reshape and rack Southview Road from
Highway 151 to St.Patrick's Road,
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAIRFAX,IOWA,that the Mayor and City Cleric are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said Intergovernmental Agreement.
