RESOLUTION REDUCING THE SECURITY BOND FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR PRARIE VIEW ESTATES—PART I
WHEREAS,Resolution 01-11-13-5 dated November 13, 2.001 set the performance bond
requirement for uncompleted public improvements in Prairie View Estates -- Part I at
9330,000.00; and,
WHEREAS,the developer has completed the majority of the public improvements; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined the value of the remaining work to be
$33,000.00; and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the amount of the bond security for the remaining work in Prairie View Estates—Part I
be set at$33,000.00.
