RESOLUTION APPROVING WAGE INCREASE FOR
DAVE YANACEK AFTER SIX MONTH EVALUATION
WHEREAS, Dave Yanacek hired as full time maintenance person during the April 9,
2002 City Council Meeting; and,
WHEREAS, the wage of $11.00 an hour with full benefits with an evaluation in 6
months; and,
WHEREAS,the evaluation was held on Wednesday, September 25,2002; and,
WHEREAS, the increase of$�an hour plus the current hourly wage of$11.00 to
equal $]�-5LL effective immediately; and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Fairfax.,
Iowa,the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby directed to certify this resolution of approval and
the City Cleric is authorized to issue checks,less legally required or authorized deductions, and
make such contributions to TPER'S,FICA and other purposes as required by law.
