RESOLUTION APPROVING WAGE INCREASE FOR
RON DUSIL AFTER EVALUATION
WHEREAS,during the'October 8, 2002 City Council Meeting,the City Council decided
to evaluate Ron Dusil; and,
WHEREAS, the increase of$ an hour plus the current hourly wage of$15.45 to
equal$ effective ;and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa,the Mayor and the City Clerk arc hereby directed to certify this resolution of approval and
the City Clerk is authorized to issue checks,less legally required or authorized deductions,and
make such contributions to IPER"S,FICA and other purposes as required by law.
Passed and approved this day of 2002.
