WAGE INCREASE BASED ON MERIT PERFORMANCE
WHEREAS, during the November 12, 2002 City Council Meeting, the City Council
evaluated Ron Dusil, Dave Ya ecek, Mary Pacha and Nancy Flickinger based on the evaluation
forms that were completed; and,
WHEREAS, an increase of a $1.00 an hour for all four,(4) employees will be effective
on January 1, 2003; and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa,the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby directed to certify this resolution of approval and
the City Clerk is authorized to issue checks, less Iegally required or authorized deductions, and
make such contributions to IPER'S,FICA and other purposes as required by law.
