PLAN OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR FAIRFAX HEIGHTS 3'ADDITION
WHEREAS, a plan of improvements for Fairfax Heights 3�d Addition was submitted to
Hall and Hall Engineers; and,
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers have reviewed the plan of improvements and find
them to be in accordance with the Cedar Rapids Metropolitan-Design Standards and the
provisions of the City of Fairfax,, and,
NOW THEREFORE;,be it resolved by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa that said plan
of improvements are hereby accepted and filed in the Office of the City Clerk.
