A RESOLUTION IN REGARDS TO 0106-12-7&02-06-11-2 PAYROLL RESOLUTIONS
WHEREAS, an oversight was discovered after the passage of both resolutions in regards to
compensation of overtime hours for the City Clerk;and,
WHEREAS, the hours worked from October 5, 2001 through January 2, 2003 were paid at the
regular hourly wage not formally approved by the Council;and,
WHEREAS, an amended Payroll Resolution 03-01-14-2 was approved and has amended
language for compensatory time cuff at the rate of one and one half(1 '/a)hours pay for each hour worked in
excess of forty(40)hours in a calendar week; and,
NOW THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa that
said resolution is hereby acknowledged and approved, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
