RECOMMENDATION APPROVING REZONING
WHEREAS, GORDON SEVIG, OWNER OF LOT 105, FAIRFAX HEIGHTS
SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, IOWA, submitted an application and.
site plan to rezone from C 2 Highway Commercial District)to 2 RM(Multi-Family Residential),
has been filed with the City Planning and Zoning Commission, Fairfax, Iowa, and after
consideration,the same is found to be correct and in accordance with the provisions of the laws of
the State of Iowa and the ordinances of the City of Fairfax, Iowa-, and,
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Corm-mission, Fairfax, Iowa has
recommended approval of the:rezoning application request for Gordon Sevig; and,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Planning and Zoning Commission of
the City of Fairfax,Iowa,that said rezoning application request for Gordon Sevig be and the same
is hereby acknowledged and approved on the part of the City Planning and Zoning Commission,
and this Commission hereby recommends to the City Council the acceptance of the same, and the
chairman is hereby authorized .and directed to certify this recommendation of approval and affix
the same to said amendment as by law provided.
