ANNUAL MAINTENANCE REPAIR OF CITY STREETS
WHEREAS, Prairie Road Builders of Hazleton, Iowa gave quotes for maintenance seal
coat, repair of car lot at Don's Auto (damage done during water main project) and base
reconstruction on East Cemetery Road; and,
WHEREAS, the attached documents outline the areas of maintenance repair and the
estimated cost; and,
WHEREAS,the City Council has decided to accept the quotes of repairs one (1)through
seven (7) and the repair of car lot at Don's Auto and to wait on the base reconstruction on East
Cemetery Road; and,
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF'
FAIRFAX,IOWA,that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said Resolution.
