F/Y 2002-2003 ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT
FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30,2003
WHEREAS, the Office of the Auditor of State and the United States Bureau of the
Census have developed a financial reporting form for use by Iowa cities; and,
WHEREAS, a copy of the report, including publisher's proof of publication and
worksheets are due to the Auditor of State by December 1,2003; and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council that the l /Y
2002-2003 Financial Report has been received and authorizing the City Cleric to comply with the
State of Iowa requirements.
