ESTABLISHING A CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
FOR 80"'STREET SEWER AND WATER EXTENSIONS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City is in the process of commencing a project of running sewer and water lines
along SOth Street; and,
WHEREAS, the state recommends that the City establish a separate Capital Project Fund to
account for all receipts and expenditures of a project; and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of Fairfax,Iowa that the Mayor
and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution,
