RESOLUTION APPROVING EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER AND UTILITY
FOR THE 80TH STREET SEWER AND WATER EXTENSIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIIRFAX, IOWA, that the Easement For
Sanitary Sewer and Utility submitted by JMS Transportation Co., Inc. is hereby accepted by the City of
(Fairfax, Iowa and
Be it further resolved that the City Clerk is hereby directed to make payment of Two Thousand, Two
Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($2,200.00) to JMS Transportation Co., Inc. for said easement, and allso
,directed to record the Easement Document in the office of the Linn County Recorder.
