RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING FOR PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
OF CONTRACT,AND ESTIMATED COST OF WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT
PROGRAM—PHASE 1 IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that bids shall be
received on Thursday, July 9, 2009, at 10:00 AM in the office of the City Clerk for the Water
Main Replacement Program—Phase I Improvements Project; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Public Hearing for the plans specifications,
form of contract, and estimated cost for the Water Main Replacement Program — Phase 1
Improvements Project shall be held at the City Council Meeting on Tuesday, July 14, 2009, at
7:00 PM at Fairfax City Hall.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,By the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Resolution.
