RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE FINAL PLAT FOR
PRAIRIE CREED ESTATES FIFTH ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF F'AIRFAX, LINN COUNTY.) IOWA
WHEREAS, a Final Plat of Prairie Creek Estates Fifth Addition to the City of Fairfax, Linn County,
Iowa, containing nine (9) lots, numbered. I through S, both inclusive and lettered Lot A, from Synergy
Development Groups, L.L.C. and Brain Engineering, Inc., has been filed with the City of Fairfax, Iowa and
after consideration of the same is found to be correct and in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the
State of Iowa, and the ordinances of the City of Fairfax, in relation to plats and additions to cities; and
WHEREAS, Lot A of said Final Plat is to be dedicated as road right-of-way to the City of Fairfax,
Iowa; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. has reviewed said Final Plat of Prairie Creek Estates Fifth
Addition to the City of Fairfax, Linn.County, Iowa dated November 3�, 2010 and has recommended approval
of this Final Plat with the following conditions:
1. The Letter of Credit submitted by Synergy Development Group, L.L.C. to guaranty the
construction of the public improvements for this development be approved by the City of
Fairfax.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Final Plat of Prairie Creek Estates Fifth Addition to the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa, including the
dedication of Lot A to the City of Fairfax, is hereby acknowledged and approved on the part of the City of
Fairfax,Linn County, Iowa,pending the following conditions are met:
1. The Letter of Credit submitted by Synergy Development Group,L.L.C. to guaranty the
construction of the public improvements for this development be approved by the City of
Fairfax.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
