COMPENSATION FOR ATTENDING LINN COUNTY E911 MEETINGS
WHEREAS, one representative of the Fairfax Fire Department attending any of the Linn
County E911 meetings shall be compensated in the amount of U 00 per meeting; and,
WHEREAS,payment will be issued in the months of January and July of each year; and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby directed to certify this resolution of approval and
the City Clerk is authorized to issue payment.
