FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AS DEPOSITORY
WHEREAS,annual approval of a depository resolution stating the financial
institution(s)is necessary; and,
WHEREAS, Fairfax State Savings Bank, Fairfax, Iowa is the depository financial
institution for the City of Fairfax; and,
WHEREAS, the City Clerk is hereby authorized to deposit funds for the City of Fairfax.
in amounts not to exceed two million dollars ($2,000,000.00); and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Resolution.

A DEPOSITORY RESOLUTION
Be it resolved that the City Council of the city of Fairfax„Iowa.,approves the following
financial institution to be the depository of the City of Fairfax finds in conformance with all
applicable provisions of Iowa Code.
The City CIerk is hereby authorized to deposit the City of Fairfax funds in amounts not to
exceed two million dollars ($2,000,000,00).
Fairfax State Savings Bank Fairfax,Iowa .
