A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD (UPRR) FUND
AND MONEY MARKET ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, Ordvanee o; 18, Exhibit A Condition 7-states that due to the new
tracks, the Union Pacific Railroad will mare payment of'$50,000 to the City of Fairfax
for anticipated increases in sewer construction, to be used at the sole discretion of the
City; and,
WHEREAS, Establishment of separate fund accounts are required to account for
all receipts and expenditures; and,
WHEREAS, The money market account will be established at the Fairfax State
Savings Bank as UPRR Fund in the amount of$50,000; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the Mayor and the City Cleric are hereby directed to execute said Resolution.
