RESOLUTION APPROVING ROAD USE TAX REPORT
WHEREAS, The Cade of Iowa, Chapter 312, Section 1.4,requires that all
cities prepare and submit an annual Street Finance Report of expenditures and
receipts to the Iowa Department of Transportation; and
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa:
Section 1. The Council has reviewed all forms required by
this report and found them to be in compliance
with the requirements of the Iowa Code.
Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to submit these forms to
the Iowa Department of Transportation before
September 30, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,By the City Council of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the Mayor and the Deputy Clerk are hereby authorised and directed to execute
said Resolution.
