RESOLUTION RELEASING ESCROW FROM FAIRFAX STATE
SAVINGS BANK FOR MAINTENANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS IN
FAIRFAX HEIGHTS FIRST AND SECOND ADDITIONS.
WHEREAS,the City of Fairfax, Iowa required Gordon Sevig to provide an
escrow account of$75,000.00 for a maintenance period for improvements in Fairfax
Heights First and Second.Additions, and
WHEREAS, the maintenance period has now expired and all maintenance items
have been completed; and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF FAIRFAX,,IOWA, that the escrow amount of$75,000.00 held by
Fairfax State Savings Bank for maintenance of improvements in Fairfax Heights First and
Second Additions is hereby released to Gordon Sevig and the Mayor and the Deputy
Clerk are hereby authorized.and directed to execute said Resolution.
