ESTABLISHING A CAPITAL PROJECT FUND
FOR LAGOON AERATION PROJECT

WHEREAS, the City is in the process of commencing a project of aerating the
lagoon; and,
WHEREAS, the state recommends that the City establish a separate Capital
Project Fund to account for all receipts and expenditures of aproject; and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa
that the Mayor and the Deputy Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Resolution.
