RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING FOR AMENDING THE
FAIRF'AX..ZONING..ORDINANCE..OF.2000 ........ ............_ ......
BE IT RESOLVED, That the Fairfax City Council does hereby set the
date of Tuesday, September 14, 2004 at 7:10 PM or soon thereafter, for a Public
Hearing for the purpose of public input on amending the Fairfax Zoning
Ordinance of 2000, Section 1.07.G — C2: Highway Commercial District,
Subsection A.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and the Deputy Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said Resolution.
