RESOLUTION SE"T"TING PUBLIC HEARING FOR AMENDING THE
. ... ..... ......FAIRFAX..ZONING..ORDINANCE OF.2000 ........
BE IT RESOLVED, That the Fairfax City Council does hereby set the
date of Tuesday, October 12, 2004 at 7:05 PM or soon thereafter, for a Public
Hearing for the purpose of public input on arnending the Fairfax Zoning
Ordinance of 2000, Section 1.07.0 -- RS: Single Family Residential, Subsection
D. Bulk Regulations and Section LOTC. RM: Multiple Family Residential,
Subsection D. Bulk Regulations; and,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and. the Deputy Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said Resolution.
