A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM THE WATER.MAIN RECONSTRUCTION CAPITAL PROJECT
$450,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION WATER NOTE SERIES 2001 FUND
ISSUED ON 01 OCTOBER 01 TO THE ''WATER FUND
Be it enacted by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa:
Section 1. Transfer from Water Main Reconstruction Capital Project $450,000 General
Obligation Water note Series 2001 Fund issued on 1 October 01 to the Water Fund as
follows:
a. Transfer Order: $2,410.00 Purpose: To correct posting of check #20683
issued to Prairie Road Builders, Inc on September 12, 2003 to repair damages
incurred by Yordi Excavating to Don's Auto's parking lot at Highway 151 &
Church Street during the Water Main Reconstruction Project
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said.
